David McComb. David is a Director in Full Circle and has a 28 year career in aerospace, telecommunications, printing, food and consultancy.
In the last 13 years David has been focused on business consultancy, programme management, coaching, and programme design/delivery activities. Specific areas of expertise include management development, graduate coaching, operations management and project management.
Since joining Full Circle, David has spearheaded the development of our management development and talent management division. Over this time, he has developed and delivered bespoke in-house management development interventions for corporate clients in NI, ROI and in GB.
David has a passion for working with individuals and businesses that have a deep desire for continuous improvement and a relentless focus on improved business performance.
Simon Devlin. Simon is the founder and managing director of Full Circle and comes from an export development background. During his time as export sales manager with Sperrin Metal Products Ltd, the Company won 3 Queens Awards for Export Achievement and was exporting to over 90 countries worldwide.
In the 20 years that he has worked in consultancy, Simon has worked with over 2,500 corporate clients locally, nationally and internationally – from micro enterprise owner-managers to companies employing more than 1,000 people.
Specific areas of expertise include export development, strategic planning and sales training. Simon’s approach to any consultancy assignment is to ‘roll up the sleeves and get stuck in’ in order to assist the client to fast-track positive and tangible change within the business.
Denise Murphy. Denise joined Full Circle in 2006 and is a director of the Practice. Prior to joining us, Denise worked in a number of marketing and market research roles and has specific expertise in these fields.
In addition to working with many hundreds of corporate clients on a one to one basis to assist them to identify, target and exploit new opportunities, Denise has led our delivery in a wide range of sectoral review and sectoral strategy projects for clients in NI, ROI and GB.
Garrett focuses on assisting SME companies with growth strategies in their indigenous and export markets. Garrett has nearly 20 years sales and marketing experience, having previously worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers (Export Marketing division), OCO Global and Mintel International. On a daily basis, Garrett works with a wide range clients in both NI and ROI to assist them to grow sales inside and outside their indigenous markets. Garrett has worked in a multitude of sectors, but over the years has developed a specialist consultancy background in construction and engineering.
A business psychologist with over 20 years’ experience, Martin is a qualified coach and has an envious track record in people development. Martin specialises in the design and delivery of talent management programmes, specifically management and leadership development. He has a strong interest in human behaviour, emotional intelligence, personality profiling and employee engagement.
Patricia has worked with us for just over 6 years. She has experience in sales and marketing and specialises in digital marketing and social media. Outside of cloud-related work, Patricia has extensive experience in the fields of sales training, customer relationship management, sales prospecting and in marketing planning. Patricia’s expertise comes from listening to the client and providing bespoke options that will work for each client individually.
Jared joined Full Circle as a senior consultant in early 2018. As a Chartered Accountant, Jared brings real expertise in areas such as strategic planning, financial projections and identifying and securing new external finance opportunities.
In the period that he has been with Full Circle, Jared has worked extensively with a wide range of clients in the engineering, construction and professional services sector. Clients have ranged from micro enterprises and SMEs to much larger corporate clients across both NI and ROI.
Jared’ focus centres around creating real impact with clients – assisting them to identify new growth opportunities, remove impediments to growth and to make positive change.
Andrew joined Full Circle in October 2018 as a management consultant. He is qualified with a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Business and Promotion. In 2013 he founded his own company which was grown into a successful business he ran for 4 years. Andrew has 6 years' experience consulting for a range of businesses throughout England, NI and Ireland. Andrew has extensive experience in the fields of social media marketing, business development, website design, photography, branding and overseas sourcing.
Peter Kelly. Peter is a senior associate consultant with Full Circle.
Prior to moving into consultancy, Peter worked for 20 years in National Museums Northern Ireland. Between 2007 and 2017, he held the senior leadership role of Head of Operations at the Ulster American Folk Park with management responsibility for a £2m revenue budget and a multi-disciplinary team, numbering 50 staff.
Today, Peter collaborates with business leaders to develop growth oriented strategic management capability in a range of public sector and private sector organisations. He is a specialist in assessing management arrangements and implementing change initiatives both at board level and executive level. He holds an MBA and has a deep insight into all areas of the business model.
Peter has led a range of transformative projects in the heritage and cultural sector and has a huge understanding of the issues and opportunities surrounding these organisations.
Amy joined Full Circle in July 2017 as a junior consultant. Amy provides support to the team of senior consultants by conducting market research, customer surveys and prospecting for cross-border sales. With a Bachelor’s degree in Geography and a Masters in Sustainable Development Amy has a keen interest in helping solve business issues and promoting sustainable business growth for SMEs and social enterprises.
Sandy joined Full Circle in January 2018 as a junior consultant. He is qualified with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and has five years of retail management experience, including the supervision of teams of up to thirty people. Sandy works on a variety of projects at Full Circle to support the team of senior consultants including sales prospecting for clients, managing programmes and conducting market research and surveys. He is interested in how businesses operate and likes to see positive, tangible changes happening for clients.
As practice manager, Alexandra manages all of Full Circle’s internal operations, including finance, HR and administration. Alexandra is also heavily involved in the administration of SME programmes delivered by the Full Circle team.
