5 Things to include in you Digital Marketing Plan

Check out our list of 5 things to include in your Digital Marketing plan:

1. Content

Content is key in all digital, brand guidelines and tone of voice, this is important to keep brand consistency across all platforms.

Video is a key part of content; more people now view video content rather than reading text or viewing images. Video is particularly important for social channels including Facebook videos, and Instagram for reels.

2. SEO

Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) is important for your website to be found on search engines such as Google. You don’t have to be proficient in SEO to have a basic understanding and allow your website to rank higher. Adding Keywords, Alt tags to images, using headings properly throughout content and are smaller, quick wins to help improve your SEO.

3. Social Media

Social media marketing should be a key part in any digital marketing strategy. So many people consume information through social media channels, and it is a great place to promote your product to potential customers.

With social media it is important to know where your audience is and the best platform to reach your target audience. Social media channels include Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn. Each platform has its own features and benefits, but the key part is understanding what is best for your company and your customers.

4. Email Marketing

Email Marketing is an ideal way to get your message across to your customers by contacting them directly into their mailboxes. You can send one off emails about certain offers or pieces of information. You can also use triggered workflows to target customers automatically and set up intervals to re-engage customers.

5. Analytics

Whether you use Google Analytics to analyse your website results, or more simple analytics such as Insights on Meta Business Suite. Analysing your results is important to see if things are performing well. Tracking data can be overwhelming, we recommend taking what you need to track from results and keeping an eye on this weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
