Simon set up Full Circle in 2005 with the specific aim of providing practical and results-focused business advisory services to SME and micro enterprise clients – from the outset the whole ethos of Full Circle has been about ‘rolling up the sleeves’ in order to support clients to identify, target and convert new business opportunities.

In his 17 years as the Company’s MD, Simon led the Company’s drive to become one of the largest and most innovative management consultancy practices in Ireland.

Post-Covid, Simon elected to move into his current role of CEO. In this role, Simon is responsible for new business development and manages some of the Company’s largest SME programmes. Whilst Simon works with a whole range of clients, his specific areas of expertise include export development and sales growth.

Ruth has a Masters in Business Development and Innovation from University of Ulster. and is an expert in Project Management. In addition, she has worked with a number of very successful hospitality businesses on a consultancy basis. Ruth brings all her experience together to help SME’s in specific areas such as Strategy, Business Improvement and Management and Leadership.

Denise is a Director at Full Circle with a Masters of Business Administration, she has been providing management consultancy services for more than 25 years to businesses across NI, ROI and GB. Prior to joining Full Circle in 2006, Denise previously worked with BDO Stoy Hayward and Milward Brown. Since joining Full Circle, she has played a key role in building and growing the Company to what it is today.

Key areas of expertise include: Business Strategy & Growth, HR, Sales Support, Marketing and Export Development into Cross Border, GB and markets further afield. She has also led on a wide range of sectoral reviews and strategy projects for public sector clients.

Leah has over 30 years’ experience as a Trainer, Executive Coach, People Manager and Director. She has worked as a leader of change and operational management in a variety of industries for SME or Corporate organisations.

Trained in Executive Coaching, NLP, use of personality profiles and has a Master’s in Leadership and Innovation. Leah previously designed her own Accredited Advanced Diploma Coaching Programme.

Leah is a Director of Full Circle Management Solutions Ltd whereby she provides Coaching and Mentoring in operational development, export & growth, leadership team development and HR management.

Gary is a Director at Full Circle, with 24 years of experience in direct, hands-on delivery of business and management improvement solutions that focus on achieving practical and tangible benefits for his clients in NI, ROI, GB and Europe. During his career, Gary spent 7 years as overall manager / leader of a leading private healthcare facility, achieving significant and unprecedented success.

Throughout his career, Gary has worked with clients to enhance overall business performance through new business development, sales process improvement, marketing strategy and implementation, tendering planning and success, recruitment and personnel-related activities, export development, strategy and practical advice.

Alexandra joined Full Circle in Summer 2016. She is qualified with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management.

As practice manager, Alexandra manages all of Full Circle’s internal operations, including finance, HR and administration. She works closely with the administration team to help with the management of SME programmes.

Garrett has been a member of the Full Circle since 2013. He has over 20 years’ experience in consultancy, having previously worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers (Export Marketing Division) and OCO Global.

Garrett is commercially focused with a specific track a record in export marketing – developing / executing practical business growth projects, marketing plans, sales training, content marketing, etc. – working with countless small and large businesses across the island of Ireland.

Patricia Owens is our head of digital, delivering group skills development workshops and one to one mentoring.

Patricia’s key areas of expertise are sales and marketing, with particular focus on digital marketing and business strategy. Her approach centres on analytics, understanding customer behaviours and implementing focused and tangible changes.

Sandy has been with Full Circle since January 2018. Sandy heads up our Programme Coordination Team in managing the large-scale business support services we deliver across Northern Ireland. He has a degree background in Business Management.

Day-to-day Sandy can usually be found handling data and reporting to / liaising with our funders. Areas of expertise and other daily activities include project management, stakeholder engagement, KPI and budgetary management, identifying relevant supports / linkages for our clients and working on various CRM systems to ensure everything we do is reported correctly.

Antoine has over 10 years’ experience in Business Development and Management Consultancy, having previously worked with EY and local consultancy firms in Belgium. He is qualified with a Masters of Business Administration and a second Masters of Applied Economics. He is fluent in both French and English and proficient in Dutch.

Antoine joined Full Circle in 2021. His area of expertise lies within Finance, Organizational Design, Process Optimization, Change Management and Business Development particularly within the EU market.

Maygen is a Senior Management Consultant at Full Circle. She has an extensive background in Marketing and a Master's in Work Psychology and Business, enabling her to understand the unique needs of SME companies.

In her role at Full Circle, Maygen collaborates directly with clients, employing a hands-on approach to craft bespoke digital and recruitment solutions.

Harry joined Full Circle in August 2021 as a Management Consultant working with SME’s across a wide range of sectors. Previously Harry worked as a Sales Consultant assisting SME’s with their sales and export efforts to Europe and North America. Prior to that he spent 10 years working for Invest Northern Ireland most recently as Associate VP, Business Development and as a Business Development Manager in New York and Silicon Valley. Harry began his career as a Trade Project Manager in Boston.

Shannon Taylor joined Full Circle in October 2023 as a management consultant as part of our digital team.

Shannon’s key areas of knowledge are digital marketing, paid social advertising and content creation across all digital platforms. Her experience involves both large and small-scale digital strategies.

Having completed a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Leadership, Courtney joined Full Circle in March 2022 as a Junior Consultant and in 2024 moved from a Junior to an Intermediate Consultant. Throughout the completion of her degree, Courtney has obtained knowledge and experience in Marketing, Sales and Digital Enterprise. Courtney’s role at Full Circle will involve providing consultancy support to other members of the team on a wide range of SME projects.

Courtney has just recently completed a Digital Marketing course on Google Drive and is passionate about assisting SME’S to develop their businesses further.

Maeve joined Full Circle in October 2022, having completed a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business with French at Queen’s University Belfast.

She studied a wide range of modules throughout her degree including Accounting, Global Strategy, Marketing and Organisational Behaviour. In her final year, she completed a Consultancy Project with a local SME which developed her interest in consultancy.

Maeve’s role at Full Circle will involve working closely with other members of the team to provide support on a wide range of consultancy projects.

Mairead joined the team in August 2021 and is a Senior Programme Coordinator at Full Circle. With a Bachelor of Business and a background in Marketing, Event Management and Administration, Mairead has fundamental knowledge and experience in these fields.

Mairead’s role at Full Circle involves the day-to-day coordination, recruitment, and marketing of SME programmes. The role also includes stakeholder engagement, workshop and event management, monthly reporting, invoicing, and daily administration tasks.

Stephanie joined the Full Circle team in March 2022 as part of the Programme Co-ordination team. Since graduating Queens University with a degree in Drama, Stephanie worked in the charity sector gaining experience in project management and facilitation of large-scale events.

Her role at Full Circle involves coordinating business support programmes for small and medium enterprises. On the day-to-day this looks like assisting clients with their support applications, stakeholder and client engagement, organisation of workshops and events, and month end administration. Stephanie also recently completed her Level 3 ILM and is keen to develop her skills in leadership and management.

Patrick joined Full Circle in June 2020 as a Junior Consultant. He studied Business Management at the University of Dundee which helped to develop his interest in the world of business. He supports the Senior consultant team in a variety of projects including database development, the creation of customer feedback surveys and administrating SME programmes. Having previously worked in an accountancy practice, he enjoys working in the field of accounting and finance.

Patrick is keen to develop his skills in assisting SMEs to develop their businesses through organisational and marketing assistance to create tangible results.

Kerry joined the Full Circle team as a Programme Coordinator in 2023. Having completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies from Ulster University, Kerry went on to complete three further years of study in Europe, including a year of Portuguese language.

Kerry has strong administrative and communication skills, as well as high attention to detail. She is passionate about project and event management and is keen to use her skills to help others.

Her role with us involves coordinating business programmes for SME’s, supporting clients and mentors through the process and ensuring the best results are achieved.

Katie joined Full Circle in August 2023 as our placement student and is currently studying Business Management at Queens University, hoping to graduate in 2025. When outside of university and work you'll likely find her on a hockey pitch.

Katie is determined to get involved in as many projects as she can to widen her knowledge of consultancy as much as possible throughout her year with us. Always offering a helping hand in supporting our directors, consultants, and programme co-ordinators in their projects means she is gaining valuable, hands-on learning in the industry.

Andrew joined Full Circle in October 2018 as a management consultant. Andrew has 8 years' experience consulting and to date he has worked with over 200 businesses across Northern Ireland and further afield, advising and implementing change with them on a number of key areas such as social media marketing, business development, website design, photography / videography, branding and overseas sourcing. Additionally, Andrew is highly skilled on Adobe Photoshop and a qualified WIX website partner.

Jordan is a Digital Consultant at Full Circle and comes from a background in hospitality and the arts.

Jordan has devised 360 marketing strategies for the launches of a number of bars and venues and delivered campaigns for large scale events.

At Full Circle, Jordan delivers workshops and one-to-one mentoring for SMEs to help them tell their unique story and increase their brand visibility. From social media and content creation to launching e-commerce platforms.
